Full Overlap (FOL)

This type of box has 2 lengths, 2 widths and 1 bottom. Caps or bottoms overlap partially or completely.

The outer flaps of a fol box almost overlap, which makes this box very resistant to rough handling. This style is used when more resistance is needed. The extra thickness of the corrugated cardboard in the upper and lower panels offer greater stacking resistance.

The structure of a FOL does not need adhesive tape, but it can be glued with them.It can be glued with glue or sewn, although they are usually closed with staples.
